You're invited to practice the 6 Healing Sounds Qigong with Alchemical Sacred Sound Bath via
Zoom or Facebook Live!
Let's welcome the seasons/equinoxes/solstices with Sacred Sound & movement!
First, we will practice grounding and preparing the body for a deeper restorative experience.
The 6 Healing Sounds is a simple and fun moving meditation that can help release heavy, stagnant emotions embedded within our organs. We use color, sound, movement and intention to let go of emotional trauma energies built up over our lifetime, and the Healing Sounds practice can leave the participant feeling lighter and happier.
Then we will settle into a powerful sonic session with Alchemical Crystal Bowls for epic relaxation.
